ABOUT REGENVITA

The firm behind the AI Value Institute

Regenvita is an AI transformation advisory founded by Clint Sookermany. We exist because too many senior leaders are making consequential AI decisions with frameworks built for a different era.

THE FIRM

Why Regenvita exists

The name Regenvita combines “regen” (renewal) and “vita” (life). It reflects what we believe AI should do for organisations: renew how they create value, not simply automate what they already do.

We founded the firm on a simple observation. The gap between what AI makes possible and what most enterprises actually capture is enormous. That gap is not a technology problem. It is a strategy, governance, and leadership problem.

Regenvita closes it.

We work as a specialist advisory, not a systems integrator. We do not sell software, implement platforms, or compete with your technology partners. We sit on the same side of the table as your board and help you make better decisions about where AI creates real value — and where it does not.

LEADERSHIP

Built by a practitioner, not a theorist

CS

Clint Sookermany

Founder & Principal Advisor

Clint Sookermany has spent more than 25 years in enterprise transformation, working with boards and executive teams across financial services, retail, technology, and manufacturing. His career spans senior advisory roles where he led large-scale change programmes – the kind where the operating model, the technology stack, and the leadership culture all had to shift simultaneously. He has seen what happens when organisations treat AI as a technology project rather than a strategic capability shift. Most of the time, it fails. That pattern drove him to found Regenvita. The advisory exists to give senior leaders the same quality of strategic counsel on AI that they expect on M&A, capital allocation, or market entry. Not vendor pitches dressed as strategy. Not theoretical frameworks that collapse on contact with organisational politics. Practical, evidence-based guidance built from doing the work. In 2026, he launched the AI Value Institute to extend that thinking beyond individual advisory engagements. The Institute publishes original research, runs a membership programme for senior leaders, and hosts a Leadership Circle for executives shaping AI strategy at the highest levels. Clint’s approach is distinctive. He starts with the business question, not the technology. He quantifies claims rather than relying on qualitative hand-waving. And he treats organisational resistance not as an obstacle to be overcome but as diagnostic information about whether the strategy is right. He is based in London and works with organisations across Europe and North America.

OUR PRINCIPLES

What guides our work

Practitioner-led

Every framework we use has been tested in live enterprise environments. We have done the work, not just advised on it.

Measurable value

We quantify claims rather than relying on qualitative hand-waving. If it cannot be measured, it cannot be managed.

Enterprise-grade

We treat organisational resistance not as an obstacle to be overcome but as diagnostic information about whether the strategy is right.
