Information collected automatically
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across websites. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymised usage statistics such as page views, referral sources, and browser type. No personal data is processed through our analytics.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) of the UK GDPR:
- Consent— When you submit a form on our website, you consent to our processing of the data you provide for the stated purpose.
- Legitimate interests— We process aggregate, anonymised analytics data to improve our website and services. This does not involve personal data.
- Contract performance— When you register for an event or apply to the Leadership Circle, we process your data to fulfil those commitments.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- Event registrations: Retained for 12 months after the event date.
- Assessment responses: Retained for 24 months from submission.
- Leadership Circle applications: Retained for the duration of your membership and 12 months thereafter.
- Founding member records: Retained for the duration of your membership.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Retained by Substack until you unsubscribe.
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted.
